Most times we have to deal with this dealership, there are problems. Be it damage to my vehicle, ordering the wrong parts, excessive wait times for replacements, or downright rude staff. Just brought in our "16 Outback for inspection and recall repair. I have always been confident that the work done on our vehicle is correct and above board. One thing, the attendant said he called us with repair. I have always been confident that the work done on our vehicle is correct and above board. One thing, the attendant said he called us with a possible need for repair, but we never got the call. And living 1 1/2 hours away, we will wait until next time. Also, in the past when we received our finished car it had been run through the wash. Not this time. Not a deal breaker, but it would have been a nice touch. I will always bring our Outback for work to Southern Team, they are terrific. More
