I didn’t have an appointment but needed to have a headlight replaced. The worked me in and also discovered a taillight needed replacement. It took about an hour and a half. headlight replaced. While shopping at the mall after the Thanksgiving holiday, we noticed our Sante Fe was having trouble starting. After receiving a jump start, and contacting Southern Team Service, we were advised th holiday, we noticed our Sante Fe was having trouble starting. After receiving a jump start, and contacting Southern Team Service, we were advised that we would not need an appointment and could bring that vehicle in. The service advisor told us that they were very busy, and it would be approximately 2 hours. They secured transportation for us to either take us home or our place of choice to wait. After the elapsed time and performing the required tests, they informed me that I would need a new battery. They replaced the battery (under warranty) and washed the vehicle in one additional hour and had us on our way. I know from having dealt with many other dealers, that this is not the norm. Hats off to the entire service staff! Job well done! More
Change in ownership created a noticeable difference in service, and not in a positive direction. With an appointment at First Team, I was always in and out for a State Inspection. This first service visit with Southern Team was two hours in duration for a State Inspection! Cars were backed up outside in the service lane when I arrived, and no one acknowledged the situation or the length of time it was taking when I asked about my vehicle. Mark Baker was the only person I recognized. Where's the team? Where is the customer service that was a hallmark of First Team? More
