Customer service I thought the representative (Timothy) handling my services was superb.. However the company as a whole was not the best.. I was not offered a loaner I thought the representative (Timothy) handling my services was superb.. However the company as a whole was not the best.. I was not offered a loaner while my car was being serviced..I don't know if they offer that service but being an established company I'd think it would be offered and... Then when my vehicle was ready to be picked up I had to catch an Uber to pick my car up.. Which was another inconvenience..I just think customer service should be a number one priority and I didn't get that experience from the company... More

Brakes make noise when pressed. 2016 VW Passat - When we used the breaks, there is a squeaky noise that is very noticeable and annoying. I would have liked to have not waited on two separate occasions since I have a busy work schedule. I could not be provided a rental car even if/when my warranty included a rental car. I waited for two hours in the morning to have the diagnostic done and then return in the afternoon once the parts arrived and wait for approximately 2 hours for the work to be completed. That was at least hours of my time wasted. That's a big chuck of my work schedule taken away. More

Great experience at Southern Volkswagen I came in for a state inspection and to check on a tire pressure light. The service representative was very efficient and recommended an oil change since, although I was not at the recommended mileage, the time duration was met. I agreed. There was no pressure only facts to support recommendations. I appreciated that and felt that the service rep was interested in making necessary recommendations and separating out the elective maintenance. I was also provided with information on the cost estimate of those things I might need to address in the future. That was a big help to me. Thanks for a great experience. My work was completed in a totally reasonable time at a very reasonable price. More
