Honestly feel like I need my car checked over AFTER a visit. I've left there with no windshield wiper fluid once. TWICE now, including last visit, I had to get air in the tires that I paid $40 just to visit. I've left there with no windshield wiper fluid once. TWICE now, including last visit, I had to get air in the tires that I paid $40 just to have rotated. And best yet is they're so lazy they'll just put one or 2 engine shroud clips back on because they're a pain to clip back in. Nothing like going down the highway and having the shroud come off! These "free" oil changes don't feel free. Abd your time also has absolutely no meaning to these people. If there was another VW dealership I'd be there. More

The workers are so sweet and are very helpful but my experience with my car having mechanical issues within the few months of buying the car and the payment increase because of title issue's. All this h experience with my car having mechanical issues within the few months of buying the car and the payment increase because of title issue's. All this has been very frustrating. Also whenever I have tried calling I would go straight to voicemail or they would transfer me to the wrong number and they wouldn’t even pickup so then I would have to call the main number all over again. But the people in person are very respectful and nice and have helped me a lot. More
