Simply AMAZING experience My husband and I went to Kia to test drive a Sorento. We were definitely in the market to buy a new vehicle but we wanted to test drive a few before w My husband and I went to Kia to test drive a Sorento. We were definitely in the market to buy a new vehicle but we wanted to test drive a few before we made our final decision. Our car salesman was James Snyder and we were greeted by him before we even entered the building. James went above and beyond any of my expectations. It was very very windy that day and we had our two year old son with us. James accommodated us by pulling the vehicle into the service department where he explained everything about this vehicle from bumper to bumper. His knowledge of this vehicle was out of this world. Because of James we did not have to look any further. Our decision was made at that very moment. We didn't feel like a customer with James we felt like royalty. From the popcorn he got our son to the extras he did by programming our phones with the Bluetooth in the vehicle. I have never in my life received such wonderful customer service. I will never forget James and this experience and I thank him from the bottom of my heart. We absolutely loooooove our Sorento. We will definitely be back in the future. More
