The staff here is horrible, I took a survey after I purchased my Optima, answered all the questions honestly and got a voicemail full of threats from their "sales specialist" Claude Abbott. When I called him back to try to fix the problem he suggested I head back to the dealership to fight him. This happened awhile ago and he's still employed with Southlake. This just shows how poor the management is at this location. I love my Kia and I think you will too, but buy it from real professionals who will treat you right More
