Dealer Financing Scam I have credit issues and they refuse to take outside financing. Sounds like kickbacks prevent them from taking an outside check. Had me rush there (62 miles in torrential downpours) only to be told they wouldn't accept my financing. Didn't even have the decency to offer me water or a cup of coffee. 4 1/2 hrs of my life gone, the gas, and what I lost by leaving work early to get there because they insisted I come that day. Sent a message yesterday AM daring Mike Kors to call me and listen to my experience and of course I haven't heard squat. They say they treat you better than family, so I'd sure hate to be in their family. I had a difficult time getting someone to call me also from their website internet chat. Rafael said he called me (at work and cell) on the day he had me rush over there. He left a message on my cell, but all that message said was that they wouldn't finance me, nothing about not taking outside financing. Also, when I was there and left but came back in because I wanted to talk to the sales manager, the sales manager only sent a message through Rafael and didn't have the guts or decency to come talk to me personally. I may not have money, but I have this voice and I will make myself be heard if nothing more than writing reviews based on this less than positive experience. More

Also refused to provide an extra key for the vehicle when documents indicated there was a second key. Told me to buy myself a key for a "few" dollars. Later found that key costed $85.00 to $115.00. When I stated my concerns, he stated, " There is nothing I can do to help you". This salesman is only concerned with making a fast sale. Shows little concern for the customer, and has poor knowledge of products he is selling. Please be cautioned that he will deny his mistakes and place all blame on the customer. Avoid this salesman at all cost. More
