I went in for an oil change. They caused my deployable running boards to quit working. Service manager tried to tell me it had nothing to do with the oil change and acted like it They caused my deployable running boards to quit working. Service manager tried to tell me it had nothing to do with the oil change and acted like it was going to be my problem. I insisted that they were working when I drove in there and that they did something to cause them not to work. Turns out they unplugged the running boards in connection with "potting" the computer in the truck. Then acted like it wasn't really their fault, it seemed to be working now, but not really sure what happened and good luck. The people were nice - especially the lady who wrote up the ticket when I arrived. I just couldn't believe the service manager acting like "hey - it was just an oil change and it was nothing we did". When in fact it was directly related to unplugging the electrical connection in the process of reading the on board computer. More

I have recalls that my dash sensors indicate or in need of attention. I have been told they won't fix the problem until it completely breaks. I'm told the parts are not available... I'm told parts are not available. This is not acceptable!!!! As a result I drive a non mechanicical unreliable truck that I can expect to leave me on the side of the road. I drive this truck for business and seldom locally. I need my truck fixed!!! More
