Bad customer service My mother and I went here after buying two cars from them and I took my car in for service and we stood there at the service desk for about 15 minutes My mother and I went here after buying two cars from them and I took my car in for service and we stood there at the service desk for about 15 minutes. The employees were all doing something, which I had no problem with, but nobody and I mean nobody acknowledged us or said we'll be right with you. We stood there at the counter for a while and then we just left and I would have thought that somebody would have came out and stopped us but they just let us leave without ever even asking us if they could help us. I took my car someplace else to be serviced. Now I have a problem in my steering column and am dreading going back there. More

Pitiful I would never buy another car from here because if you take it in to the dealership to have work done on it they Won"t stand behind the car! They don't warranty the work be careful you will be on your own with this dealer ship and I called them took the car in Ray Caraballo told me to give him a day to get it covered? I called back the next day the girl said he was busy took my number guess what he never returned my call. I called 3 days in a row left my name and number Nothing! You would think they would have the Courage to at least call you and say they are not going to cover it but they can't even do that.. Be warned Buyers More

Don't go here Went to Kia Southside to look into buying a new Forte. They asked me to fill out credit information. I specifically asked if this was for a soft or ha Went to Kia Southside to look into buying a new Forte. They asked me to fill out credit information. I specifically asked if this was for a soft or hard inquiry on my credit and Christopher Pinard lied through his teeth and told me it was a soft inquiry. I ended up not buying a car and about 20 minutes later got an email from Credit Karma telling me that there has been a change to my credit score because he did a HARD INQUIRY. Now my score dropped 6 points because of him. I am very disappointed in this dealership and will definitely never buy from it or recommend it to anyone. Don't go here. I've been to other dealerships who were a lot more honest and didn't screw with my credit without my permission. More
