I worked with Jesus Delira, whom was very joyful, calm and more hopeful than I. He tried everything to get my guards down but the continuous smile and generosity helped. He reassured me so many times that things will be okay. As my patience drew down, he uplifted my burden of having to drive off in that 2011 Kia Soul, I was driving off in a 2020 Kia Soul. I will be doing business with him and Southwest Kia from here on out. I love you guys! More

Drove 2 Hours for Nothing We found a vehicle online and discussed IN DEPTH what we would be able to pay. They insisted that we make the two hour drive to check it out and assured us that their manager wouldn’t let us down. Well, he did more than let us down. There was no negotiation at all even though we were crystal clear prior to driving 2 hours ONE WAY what we would need to make it work. The sales guy was wonderful, but the manager was unprofessional and had zero interest in “earning our business” as they assured us prior to coming. We are incredibly disappointed that we wasted our time and money to take a chance on Southwest Kia Of Rockwall. I would highly encourage buyers to steer clear of this dealership. We would love to use the names of the sales manager with whom we worked, but he never introduced himself and only yelled from his perch that we were “light years away” from making this work. More

Bait and Switch - Very unprofessional I worked with these folks all day - i know i have credit problems but they said they had a program credit was approved just had to drive over to meet I worked with these folks all day - i know i have credit problems but they said they had a program credit was approved just had to drive over to meet in person. Fought rush hour traffic to get there and they had no clue about the appointment or my information. Then proceeded to tell me what I told them earlier would not work. Then no one from Finance or Management deigned to speak with me. Called the location they said had been working with me to get the run around even more. So while on indefinite hold heard their advertisement that they would work to make each deal regardless of credit and down payment, so it's all a crock. For those that recommended this place, will question your recommendation in the future. More
