Service advisor Jorge (according to the paperwork - I missed getting his name directly) was excellent in his communicating status, updates, and politeness. First, this was the only Southwest Kia dealership that was answering their phones so we decided to use them. Second, real lack of communication with the service person who was trying to take care of us. was answering their phones so we decided to use them. Second, real lack of communication with the service person who was trying to take care of us. Our right front tire kept rubbing up on something so we had them take a look. She stated that the car was ready so we made the 45 minute drive there. To only find out the covering had been removed but not replaced. When I asked her co-worker what are the consequences of not replacing that “cover”, he replied that water could get in there & cause electrical issues. Why didn’t our service advisor tell us that before we made the 45 minute drive?!?! Third, they couldn’t complete the repair that day and we were okay with that. We wanted it done correctly not quickly. They stated that it would be done the next day but I didn’t hear from them until the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Only after I called them first. I’ve lost trust in this company so I can’t see myself doing business with them in the near or distant future. More
