I had to have it towed from Hillsboro to Seagoville went to the Kia dealership in Mesquite and was told that it would be three weeks before they could even do a diagnosis on it. I was letting the same day and my surprise Larry himself called the rental car company and got me their rate until Kia took over . They ordered my engine and within a week it was putting in and I was back on the road. There was no hassle no long wait and the best customer service I’ve ever had in my life I will not take my Kia to another Kia dealership Ever this is by far the best. The next time I’m going to buy my next Kia it will be definitely from this dealership. More
