This dealership was very friendly. The only concern I would say that I have is the wait time seemed extremely too long. They seem to be short staffed at this location. Have brought in my brand new 2022 K5 EX three different times for the same repair and the issue is still not fixed. They do not call you, and they do not answer their phones while they have your car. They do not provide a loaner. You can get a shuttle home after dropping off your car, but it is nearly impossible to schedule a pick up as they will not answer the phone. Had to take 2 PTO days to service my vehicle, which is not even repaired. I will likely bring my car to another dealership for now on. More
