Customer service was great. Pricing was questionable. I had one basic diagnostic and than was advised I needed another diagnostic at a greater price. I Wasn’t greeted upon arrival to the service bay not given directions as to where to go. There were too few service agents for the amount of customers. Receptionists/cashiers had to step in to help. I had an appointment on August 5 to have the GPS on my Forte repaired. They diagnosed it as having a bad SD card and explained they would order a replacement and inform me when it became available. 3 we Forte repaired. They diagnosed it as having a bad SD card and explained they would order a replacement and inform me when it became available. 3 weeks later, on August 26, I returned to Southwest Kia for the replacement SD card. They explained to me that they had replaced the SD card and it did not correct the problem with vehicle's GPS system. They went on to explain they woudl have to replace the head unit and it's been over a week now, today is September 1, and I'm still waiting for Southwest Kia to let me know they have received the replacement part. The people in service have been professional and friendly but it's been over a month and by problem has still not been corrected. More
