This is the only KIA dealership in DFW still refusing to back off pricing 20% OVER MSRP for a 2024 Carnival. They also refused to provide invoice pricing for the vehicle when requested after my test drive. More

Hi Mauricio, I agree it is unfortunate that my experience with your dealership went the way it did. More unfortunate than the proverbial slap in the face I received for making a fair offer on the vehicle is your feigned concern here and now, as you were sitting in the chair next to Ben at the time this all took place. If you intend to elevate the issue to your general manager and they’d like to revisit my offer of MSRP for it, you have my information.
