I’ve gotten 7 cars from Falcone Subaru but have never done a Love-Encore meeting before. I had a few choices for a VW Dealership - (1) I chose Falcone for their word of mouth recommendations (2) I chose them because they're the only VW Dealership along a bus line...renting cars or Lyft/Uber are options I know, but with non-availabilty of rental cars & ride-shares being expensive...I'll choose the bus any day! But (3) I also get to support a local business *SMILE* (4) Steve Halloran (Svc Mgr) is friendly, detailed in making sure your car is properly serviced & answers any questions I may have! As advertised, the staff at Falcone do not add on the nickel and dime charges that ALL other dealerships do. They are transparent from the get and do not try to upsell you on anything.
