Was notified my lug nuts were bad. They are the chrome capped ones. The truck has only had 5 tire rotations and they need replaced already. I asked if they are gonna replace them with better ones and was told no. That’s xx. They wanted $11 each to replace them with the same cheap lug nuts. Why would I pay $220 to get lug nuts that are cheap and will wear out again in the near future. At least could have offered a better type instead of the came cheap junk. Severely disappointed with the option. I’ll replace them myself with better ones and not pay that amount for them either. More

My tire was low on air, I pulled into the service garage, was greeted by an employee and assisted immediately.
