The first apt I had, the part wasn't available and I didn't know until and hour and a half after I dropped the car off. They should have never scheduled the apt if they didn't have the part. The overall experience was horrible. I dropped my vehicle off Friday and didn't hear back till Tuesday. Was told they were waiting on part and labor but didn't even tell me what the issu I dropped my vehicle off Friday and didn't hear back till Tuesday. Was told they were waiting on part and labor but didn't even tell me what the issue was prior and wouldn't tell me what diagnostic test said until I called Tuesday and asked for a manager. Also when I dropped my vehicle off the battery was fine ,the diagnostic test said it was good yet the car wouldn't start I took it to be charged and go to start it and it won't start this was not an issue prior to dropping off vehicle. She wasn't very friendly on top of all of this. Overall I had a horrible experience and will never get service there again nor would recommend. More

I worked with Alice at this dealership.
