Great experience! In and out in 45 minutes. I had already identified what I was looking for and the car was delivered to the dealership. Jay Krieghbaum was very knowledgeable. He made sure I was aware what all was going to be done during this visit. Walked me over to parts to put new battery in my key fob. When car was done. Second visit within 2 months Around 2 months ago, I had my 2017 Sorento serviced. I had lost power while getting on the highway. Everything went smoothly from calling my Kia Roads Around 2 months ago, I had my 2017 Sorento serviced. I had lost power while getting on the highway. Everything went smoothly from calling my Kia Roadside Assistance, dropping off at the Spitzer Dealership and receiving a rental car. It turned out to be the Wiring harness and within 2 weeks, I was all set to go! Easy peasy. Here, not even 2 months later, another issue with the Sorento. Unable to accelerate quickly or at all, check engine light flashing. I was 2 miles from the Dealership, so I slowly drove it there. They took it in, no questions asked. Got me into a rental. The whole process took less than an hour and everyone was nice and friendly. Rental car was covered 100% each time. This time, it was something related to the wiring harness defect and they replaced my engine! I have always LOVED Kim Boutell in the service department, she has been wonderful for the past 10 years I’ve been going to Spitzer. Thank you Jay for being awesome too! More
