My name is Tracy Davis-Ward and I purchased a vehicle (SUV) from your dealership. Zade Assad was phenomenal! However, I cannot say the same for the rest of the team at Spitzer Kia Cleveland. My vehicle was promised to be delivered on Thursday July 27, 2023 and I was scheduled to turn my rental in the same day. At 6:18p on July 27, 2023 I get a text message stating that the service manager said "your vehicle will be ready for sure tomorrow July 28, 2023 early in the day and that they will drop it off" Right now I have zero confidence in Spitzer Kia Cleveland. The actions that I received from Spitzer Kia Cleveland were totally unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Right now I am in the process of cancelling my insurance on the vehicle that I never took delivery of and Spitzer Kia Cleveland can keep the vehicle. My friend Gordon English who accompanied me on yesterday works in the automotive industry and agree with me that Spitzer actions were totally unacceptable.
