He is definitely not the standard car salesman. He was especially sympathetic when I told him that my husband had just passed away. He had such kind words that made me feel better. After our meeting, a little before closing, I asked him a question on how to operate something on the dashboard, he said "take me to your car and I'll show you how it works". He was patient and made sure I knew how it worked. He was not in a rush to go inside for closing but stayed with me for quite awhile. I actually went to Corey Fairbanks prior to ownership change. My experience was not positive. I had appointment for airbag recall. Called to see if I could come a little early. No opening so I asked if m change. My experience was not positive. I had appointment for airbag recall. Called to see if I could come a little early. No opening so I asked if my car could be washed ( as other dealerships have done for me) and they said they couldn’t and had no vouchers because of ownership change. Daniel acted very rude to me and hung up on me. Then walked away from me when I got to dealership. My daughter is in the market for new car but I’m doubting I will return. More

We needed to find a good cash car for our teenage son. I called for information on a car that someone else was selling and Corey Fairbanks was listed on the carfax. I was transferred to Vice and he told me called for information on a car that someone else was selling and Corey Fairbanks was listed on the carfax. I was transferred to Vice and he told me that he had a Mazda 3 coming in as a trade and we discussed pricing..and we ended up buying the car from Vice. He understood that it needed to be reliable for our son. My husband and son came to look at it and they were pleased. We have taken it to our mechanic and there is minimal work to be done, it is a good solid car. I love my own 2010 Mazda CX7 and am glad that my son has reliable transportation. Service is good Went in to get my wheels resprayed due to the factory issue with light clear coats on certain years. Came out with what I think are new rims, doubt they really had time to repair the road rash and then respray with new paint and clear coat...that and they came out a different color. Not really buying the reason for it however I am happy with the result because all I really wanted was to have rims that didn't flake from the clear coat. Overall with all my past experiences I have had honest and great work done. More

My experience at Mazda is always good but Beth makes the experience truly exceptional. She has always gone above and beyond to help me with any questions or concerns. I have also observed her do the same fo experience truly exceptional. She has always gone above and beyond to help me with any questions or concerns. I have also observed her do the same for all the Mazda customers. You can tell she has a passion for helping people and makes the Mazda experience smooth and less stressful when buying a new car. I’d say if they could clone Beth they should do it 10 times over. She a true jewel and an asset to Mazda and the agency as a whole. Someone should (I suspect) give that woman a raise:-) She knows her stuff and takes her time to teach the customers with a great deal of patience and knowledge about all Mazda vehicles. My new sales guy Jose was pretty darn good too. It was my first experience with Jose and he was patient and he clearly explained all my options. Thank you Beth and Jose for your help! More
