Quick service I reached the scheduled service quicker than expected after buying my new vehicle from here in June. The service department was able to squeeze me in the next day. Although the service department was unexpectedly busy, they took great care of me and my vehicle. The wait was less than an hour and the customer waiting area was comfortable with TVs, food, drinks and leather chairs. Edwin was very professional in his assistance with my vehicle. More

Poor Diagnostic My car was taken in due to a miss at idle. After the first diagnostic, I was told I needed to replace the engine. After confirming with 3 other shops My car was taken in due to a miss at idle. After the first diagnostic, I was told I needed to replace the engine. After confirming with 3 other shops that this was nonsense, I demanded a real answer to what was wrong with my car. I was then charged for them to diangose it again. They came back with a laundry list of items with no certainty. The service department is not interested in finding out the real problem despite wanting $130 to even look at the vehicle. Their solution is to throw parts at the problem and hope one of their guesses works. I would not recommend using the service department at this dealership. More
