Everything was good and on the way home an alarm went off in my car and a low tire pressure warning light appeared. When I reported the issue I received a passive aggressive text back defending the dealership and that they did their job. No phone call, coupon for a future service or consideration there was a possible error with an apology. Opted out of receiving future texts and still received another one to complete this survey. A phone call and compassion can go a long way. I got service at this location because I purchased my car here even though the location is not convenient. I do not plan to return. More

Our experience at Cory Fairbanks Mazda was exceptional. I’ve never had a better experience from a car dealership. We traded our Avalon for a Miata.
