I chose to visit Cory Fairbanks because I was shopping not only other Mazda dealers but Honda dealers as well. Not only do I feel I got a better car in the Mazda than a Honda but for the money, I got a lo not only other Mazda dealers but Honda dealers as well. Not only do I feel I got a better car in the Mazda than a Honda but for the money, I got a lot more car (standard options, etc.) I did not buy from our local dealer due to reputation and a bad experience, so I went to Cory Fairbanks expecting a better experience and that is just what I received. They treated me like they actually appreciated my business and delivered a great car. I am very happy with my Mazda 3. More

spent several hours coming to agreement on CX9 and after final agreement, sales manager decides to tell me he had wrong car in computer because the other manager left to go get his wife in middle of the sal final agreement, sales manager decides to tell me he had wrong car in computer because the other manager left to go get his wife in middle of the sale. after meeting with general manager, he tried to make things right in person by completing sale as we originally spoke. 2 hours later after signing paper work, i finally got to leave. called back 3 days after to resign paper work for different finance company, they tried to take my bumper to bumper warranty away. when i got home and looked at both sets of paper work, i realized they added another 3 months on to my financing. at this point General Manager didn't care to fix anything...oh Im sorry he did tell me he would take $750.00 off my next new car purchase.. don't worry Kendal, you wont lose that money because i will never buy another car from Cory Fairbanks Mazda. your friend Shawn More
