I have used Sport Mazda for over 5 years for sales and service. This visit my oil change took 2 and a half hours. And I asked a maintenance question to the customer service attendant and got a sarcastic a service. This visit my oil change took 2 and a half hours. And I asked a maintenance question to the customer service attendant and got a sarcastic answer back not answering my question. And now the dealership doesn’t even put reminder stickers on cars for next service saying the automated reminders will do that. Some negative changes that need improvement. More
