Once you are at the dealership, everything is great. Everyone is very professional. But in this age of Covid, and for customer convenience, they need to make sure that hard transferred calls get pick Everyone is very professional. But in this age of Covid, and for customer convenience, they need to make sure that hard transferred calls get picked up. Apparently their phone system switch from legacy company to new company has gone not well. One time on hold for 20 minutes, no one picked up. Second time, following morning gave up after 6 minutes. For transfer to service desk. Last time I gave my personal info to receptionist and asked her to hand off to someone to return my call, since transferred calls "went nowhere". Gave a 5 for friendliness strictly due to Renee. Some of the other people behind the counter, even if they are not going to help you specifically, could say hello or good morning, acknowledge you, as opposed to making you feel like you are not even in the room. More
