The experience was very positive and I would recommend this dealership. More details, if you're interested... I purchased a used car from Sport Mazda, specifically from Juan Cruz, Jr. a few days ago. There were emails exchanged before going to the dealership for a test drive. All my emails were replied to quickly, with responses that were informative, but not pushy. They even sent a personalized video of the two cars I expressed interest in so I could get a better look before going to the dealership. At the dealership, of course, there were the typical things you find in any car buying experience - the initial offer, the let me go talk to the finance guys, the second offer and so on. They do try to get you to commit early, but that's their job :) All in all, Juan was willing to listen to what I wanted and worked to get me a fair deal. Beyond Juan and Rey, all the employees I encountered while there were very friendly, accommodating and contributed to a positive experience. More

Stopped in for a part; ended up with a car! I stopped in on Thursday to pick up a part for a Mazda that I already own. But fell in love with a Mazda2 that I saw. Earnest got our application in, and said that we would hear from him on Friday because we started so late on Thursday, that we weren't hearing anything back. He called Friday with fantastic news, and we went up there Saturday to pick it up. Earnest was fantastic throughout the whole process. Took the time to have genuine conversation with us, and wanted to see us approved. He explained everything thoroughly, and was an absolute pleasure to work with! Sweet as can be! Upon finding out that I was approved for the vehicle, I had to put insurance on it BEFORE I picked it up, as the insurance agency was going to be closed on July 4th. That would not have been possible if it wasn't for Bradford, who made every attempt to help me get the vehicle insured! I can honestly say without him, I wouldn't have been driving it off the lot yesterday! I would recommend Sport Mazda to any of my friends that are looking to purchase a vehicle.
