Thank you for your review. It is great to know when we are doing something right, but it is important to know those things we can do better. The service drive is a most important place for us because that is where the service begins and ends. In order to make sure our customers and their cars receive the best service, our service advisors move quickly and often between the service drive and the service bays where they communicate with the technicians. I promise you that if you were not met immediately, it was only because it was an extremely busy day. Still, because it was important to you, and have asked the Service Manager to take relook at the manning needs for the service drive and determine whether additional support is needed now.
