everything in this dealership was perfect the customer service the sales i felt good there but when we got to the payments of car they just need a little more finance options because they were trying to g service the sales i felt good there but when we got to the payments of car they just need a little more finance options because they were trying to get me payment of 450 a month i could not make a deal went to another dealership right after and had the same car but fully loaded for 600 dollars less and 160 less a month and 60 months instead of 72 months kerwin tried everything it was not his fault need better bosses that know how to make a deal and they tried to tell him at 19 percent and i made a deal at nissan dealership and 13 percent im kind of happy the deal did not go threw but will defferently recomend sports mazda to all my friends and specially kerwin he was wonderful with us thank you to kerwin. I was unsure if I was really in the market to purchase a new vehicle. My sales representative was very understanding about my circumstances regarding my hesitation to run my credit and take on another month new vehicle. When I told him what I felt comfortable paying he made it his mission to find me the type of vehicle I was interested in with the small budget I have. Eric was helpful through the entire process and kept in touch with me making sure that I was on the same page as him and really ready for this purchase and made me excited to drive off the lot in my new car. When I got in the vehicle he selected for me I felt as if he had really listened to my needs and wants and looked hard to find something that would fit all my criteria. When I got to financing Eric handed me over to Josh who was very knowledgable about financing and helped me find a company that wouldn't charge me an arm and a leg in interest (since I have HORRIBLE credit). Josh explained the whole process to me, and taught me quite a bit about the way the financing process works and how rebuild my credit through the financing of my car. He gave me really interesting pointers about the financial end of buying a car. He took his time with me to make sure I really understood the commitment I was making! I would send everyone I know to deal with these two gentlemen when considering purchasing a new vehicle. Even after I bought the car and was all done with them they both contacted me to see how I was enjoying the car and to make sure I was still satisfied with our selections as far as car and financing. Dealing with Sports Mazda was absolutely a blessing in disguise as I have attempted to trade in my 2004 Mazda RX-8 for over 2 years now. My car was currently in their service dept for a third engine repl disguise as I have attempted to trade in my 2004 Mazda RX-8 for over 2 years now. My car was currently in their service dept for a third engine replacement, bad coils and a ton of other things when Barby reached out to me via an email asking if I was looking to trade in my RX-8 which I figured was a complete waste of my time again. I replied with the answer of yes of course and within minutes, Barby called me to discuss my options and situation. From having excellent credit just 4 years ago to pretty much crap credit score of below 500 now due to medical reasons and the economy in general, I figured again this would be impossible but 3 days later on a Saturday, I agreed to come in and discuss. Three hours later, I walked out with a brand new 2011 Mazda 3 car which I am in heaven expecting to wake up any day now. It has been a week and I can tell you if you have ever dealt with a dealership and felt left out or let down, dont give up. Call Barby personally at Sports Mazda and you will be amazed as her customer service and willingness to help you out regardless of the situation. This day, I had a very important meeting to attend over 20 miles away and it was 4pm when I had to leave, travel back home which was 30 min way to retrieve my checkbook for the down payment. Barby, realizing my situation of the meeting calls me in route to my house and offers to meet me at the meeting location to pick up the check and save me a trip back to the dealership. Everything from service/detailing to providing a full tank of gas to just calling to check up on me blew me away! I walked out with a higher than expected interest rate of 12.24% but wait it gets better! That following Monday, Barby again reaches out to me and says her finance manager did another favor and got me an incredible 6.24% rate!! Who does this anymore! Again, completely surprised, I cannot tell enough people about the service I received. I told myself after what I went through with the 04 Mazda I would never shop with them again...I shopped at another Mazda in Longwood, Florida for that piece of crap 2004 but Sports Mazda proved it was about the customer, not the dealership. More
