Yolanda, I don't know your Dad's name but I wanted to reach out to both of you and extend my apologies. The LAST thing I want to see is issues with paperwork, tags, etc. turning a pleasant Car Purchase experience into a negative one and it is certainly a hassle you don't need. With that being said, I have already contacted Josh and WE WILL BE ISSUING YOU A CREDIT FOR $200 and he will be apologizing to you and your Dad. Honestly, Josh is a super guy and this does not sound like him but I do know that in my 14 years running dealerships, I have seen these stupid tag issues come up from time to time and they have gotten more significant in the past few years with the state raising their fees substantially. Anyway, I do hope you are enjoying your new vehicle and I sincerely appreciate your business!
