Ok. I drove up with my family expecting to go around to several lots that day but this place came recommended. Nice cars. I'd already shopped prices and notes online for many styles of vehicle including ones they didn't carry. But Beth was very nice to my entire family. Everyone greeted us when we walked in. Everyone helped direct us. They were generally jolly and happy. Beth showed me a lot of cars. But some things I knew I didn't want specifically. I ended up testing two cars and purchsed a 2007 Saturn Vue. A couple of days later they called me to come back. They'd found me a better rate and lowered my note signicantly. Additionally, they offered me oil changes that would have been enough for the year for me and how I drive. Payments almost two month later as well. I was please with my experience and my note was not too much over what I really wanted to pay. Very pleased overall. Professional, courteous. Great service. More

I went into the dealership after talking via email for a couple days about the 2007 Mazda 3 Hatchback that was available. I made an appointment to come in and met with Farid. I came in with the mindset that I was going to be approved for the vehicle with no problem because I filled out the pre-approved application online (since I live an hour or so away I didn't want to waste the drive without knowing). I test drove two cars, the Mazda 3 Hatchback I was interested in and the Mazda RX-8. Farid promptly got me in both cars for a test drive and I chose the Mazda 3 hatchback like I planned on. We then went to crunching numbers and at first I wasn't happy with where it was going because the online price (discounted price) was still to high in my opinion and they weren't willing to negotiate. I told Farid that I'm not willing to spend money on a car I know I can get cheaper somewhere else, it's not worth it. He worked with me, got me where I wanted and needed to be. I then met with Josh who was such a sweet and sincere guy, Showed me all the extended warranty problems and made the paperwork and financing of the vehicle hassle free and quick. More

I was in to buy a used car Saturday. I was looking in the $10,000 price range. they staff insisted on trying to get into a 2004 at 16,000. I told them it was too much and I didn't want to be a slave to a pay $10,000 price range. they staff insisted on trying to get into a 2004 at 16,000. I told them it was too much and I didn't want to be a slave to a payment. they said it is doable if I can come up with another $500 down and free up $50 a moth more payments. so I did I came up to $1,500 down and a payment range of 250 to 275 monthly. we did all the paperwork and I took the car home. not one or two but four days later they can't to call me and tell me they want another 2,000 down on top of that they want to take the payments from 275 to 360 a month and take it from a 15% intrest rate to 25%. buying a car is an emotional experience and it is very unprofessional for allow someone to get their hopes up like that. I understand not being able to get financed but don't understand how you allow someone to leave in a vehicle under the false idea that "the deal is done". I will not recommend nor will I shop at any of the Orlando sport dealers i.e. (Mazda,Mitsubishi,Subaru) More

Kerwin, my salesman, was absolutely wonderful! Within hours of submitting my application, I had a response from the finance company and within minutes after that I was on the phone with Kerwin who was t hours of submitting my application, I had a response from the finance company and within minutes after that I was on the phone with Kerwin who was telling me to come in get my car! If I hadn't been at work that day the whole process would have taken less than 3 hrs. The service at Mazda was superv, no hassles and certainly no gimmicks.
