Lenny was an excellent sales person. He treated us fairly and communicated throughout the entire process. I also appreciate being honest about what they could and could not do. I would have liked it if Lenny knew more about the vehicle...seemed like some of the finer details weren't told to us until the end, i.e. use premium gas, check the oil more frequently than a normal car, etc..., however someone on the staff was able to assist, which was good. HE GOT ME LOWER PAYMENTS, THE INTEREST RATE HE GOT ME WAS HALF OF WHAT I SIGNED FIRS PURCHASE. NEXT DAY LENNY CALLED ME AND TOLD ME HE HAD GOOD NEWS. Farid took care of me and got him all of the paperwork he needed from me. After he got everything he needed then manager did all of the financial stuff and got me approved the same day for my car. Rey made the sale as easy as possible for us. And was willing to work with us when needed. We have been to some other dealerships wihtin the past month and they were not willing to negotiate on the pric willing to work with us when needed.
