Welcoming, Courteous, Fun, and Simple I stopped into this dealership on my way home from work one day just to look at a car I had seen on the internet. Alfredo approached me in the lot wit I stopped into this dealership on my way home from work one day just to look at a car I had seen on the internet. Alfredo approached me in the lot within the first few minutes of walking around and asked me if I needed help. From there, the entire experience was pleasant. Alfredo was informative, patient, and willing to spend the time with me to make sure I felt like I left them with a fair deal. When I stopped in, I had no intention of actually buying the car that day, but because they worked with me and let me take my time, I felt comfortable with the deal and drove out in my 2015 Mazda 6 as one happy customer. Sport Mazda was my first stop, I test drove the CX5 and really liked it. Luis gave me a card assured me the sales and deals i saw on the internet were accurate and wished me well after I explained my plan. Additionally I had my mother with me who had some mobility issues after just having surgery. I needed her for the test and then we were going to leave her back at home comfortable while I talked numbers. It came down to a decision between the Hyundai and the Mazda. I talked numbers with hyundai first and they immediately said they couldnt get near the Mazda deal and doubted if Mazda could really get there. I went back to Luis and he took me for another testdrive as it had been a long day and he wanted the memory of the Mazda fresh In my mind to be sure it really was what I wanted. I told him on the drive of the doubters at Hyundai. To which he replied well thats my job, lets see if I can do it well. After some back and forth we were able to settle directly on my parameters and I couldnt be happier. I have spent the last week telling all the dealerships I visited on their followup calls that Luis and Sport Mazda made me an offer I couldnt refuse! More
