Would have given the "Overall Experience" a 5-Great if our finance manager had given the special interest rate that Mazda was offering which was 0.9% we were given 2.59%. This was after asking 5-Great if our finance manager had given the special interest rate that Mazda was offering which was 0.9% we were given 2.59%. This was after asking "are there any special finance rates" and being told no. After getting home with our new vehicle went on Mazda's website and found the 0.9% rate. Called our finance manager back and told him what was on the website and he sent new paperwork out. We did receive the special rate but only because we went on the website. Our salesman, Kerwin, was great. Very friendly and helpful. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a Mazda. More

Alfredo has gone above and beyond my expectations. He answered all of my questions quickly and if he didn't know the answer he found out right away for me. He did not pressure me into buying a car that d answered all of my questions quickly and if he didn't know the answer he found out right away for me. He did not pressure me into buying a car that day like most dealerships do, and he was not overbearing with calls/emails when I left the dealer. Alfredo has made sure I enjoyed my car, as well as continue delivering great customer service after the purchase. I have gone back for a service to make sure all parts were working well and to get tint. There have been a few issues with each that were very minor but he was able to get me my first and second oil change free as well as fill up my tank again for the inconvenience. I love my car and will recommend both Sport Mazda and Alfredo for anyone in the market for a new car. More

Jeremy was very friendly-knowledgeable about my vehicle & listened to my passion about how picky I am about my car. When there was a problem and they had to keep my car longer than expected he assured me & listened to my passion about how picky I am about my car. When there was a problem and they had to keep my car longer than expected he assured me my car would be kept indoor & safe. When I had questions through out the time my car was in the shop he called me back every time Ina timely manner. I bought my car new 14 yrs ago at this location (not the same dealer) & have always had my maintenance done here. Will continue to have it done only by Mazda because each time has been a good experience. I must say Jeremy has been by far the best service representation that Mazda had in a long time. I had a unique situation walking into Sport Mazda. I had recently been in a total lost situation with my insurance company and only had a week to find a replacement car. As my search continued I was having problems finding the car I had wanted at the price I wanted. Then a friend reccoommened Juan by name. So I tried Sport Mazda for a second time. I told Juan the car I had in mind with the price that would fit in my budget. Although it's a little more than I originally expected to pay it's the perfect car. Juan brought me a 2010 mazda3 S Sport and it's everything I have wanted in a car. He did a great job uncovering needs and provided exceptional service.
