Sport Mazda was the 6th or 7th dealer we visited after a grueling weekend of car shopping for a used vehicle for our 16 year old son. We had narrowed the choices down to either a Mazda 2 or a Ford Focus. grueling weekend of car shopping for a used vehicle for our 16 year old son. Since we currently own a Mazda Tribute and have previously owned a Mazda MX6 and a Mazda pick-up (we actually purchased the Mazda truck at this same location about 20 years ago!), we were hoping that we could find another Mazda in our price range. When we arrived we initally met with another sales person (his name escapes me but he was also very pleasant and professional) and this sales person showed us the used Mazda 2's that were available. We discussed price and got down to $12.5K for a 2012 Mazda 2 with 1,000 miles on it (yes, 1,000 miles!). He said he could not go any lower than $12.5K. While I felt the price was good and the mileage was great, there were 2 other Mazda 2's at different dealers for $10.9K with higher mileage (around 30k), but the $10.9K was more within our budget, so I told him that I wanted to check out the other 2 and come back if we felt this was the better car. We visited the other 2 dealers and both cars at the lower price had some issues - the interior on one was not in good condition and the other had an intense smell of smoke that apparently could not be eliminated. So we returned to Sport Mazda. The salesperson we had worked with earlier had left for the day, so we met Kyle and explained the deal we had been offered earlier on the car. He confirmed it with his manager and also contacted the sales person who was there earlier in the day and agreed to honor the price. We took the car on a test drive with Kyle who gave my son excellent instructions on driving a stick shift! We decided we were ready to purchase it. Since we had already had an extremely long day, I asked if I could place a deposit on the car and return the following day to complete the paperwork and take it home. He agreed and I returned the next day. I met with Kyle again and completed the paperwork. Kyle also contacted my insurance carrier and had the car added to my policy. He then handed me off to the financing person who also did excellent job explaining the various financing options and then finalized the loan. Since I had arrived alone to complete the paperwork I left again and returned that evening with my son and husband to pick up the car. Kyle made sure the car had been cleaned and had a full tank of gas and even took a picture of my son with his new car! While our son was sitting in his new car, my husband started glancing at the vehicles in the lot. Kyle was very helpful in answering his questions about the different models, prices, and available packages. My husband was so impressed with the Mazda 6 that we will likely return within the next 12 - 18 months to purchase one! We are hopeful that Kyle is still there to assist us with the sale! More

I bought my miata from the mercedes dealer as a used car. I had service check with Jeremy and now had my first true service oil change.
