The contract came with great features like free oil change for the duration of the contract. The discussions were very professional but friendly and we really appreciated the fact that they are not pushy or annoying. In the end, we ended up spending more than we had anticipated but feeling like we purchased a good car, which is exactly what we were looking for, and paid a fair price for it. Beth is great, she really listens to what you are looking for, discusses several options, and she is very patient. Will send many of my friends and co-workers to Mazda Sport in the future! More

Nice person Zero Coordination Just bought a car and needed a second Key. We dropped off the Car on Tuesday and I get a call on Wednesday saying they have to order the key in and i Just bought a car and needed a second Key. We dropped off the Car on Tuesday and I get a call on Wednesday saying they have to order the key in and it wont be here till Friday. I was going out of town on Thursday and wouldn't be back till Sunday. So we had to drop off the loaner car on Wednesday without the key being made. Now they wont give out another loaner for they key replacement. If they would have told us ahead of time that it takes a few days to get a key in we would have been happy to wait but as it stands I have to take a second trip to the dealership and wait while they get this done. Like I said in the title ZERO coordination. More
