Good Customer Service, But . . . I have always received good customer service from Sport Mazda. Your service team is top notch. Now let me tell you why I am putting my Mazda 6 on th I have always received good customer service from Sport Mazda. Your service team is top notch. Now let me tell you why I am putting my Mazda 6 on the market and will never buy another Mazda. I started having problems early on with headlights and taillights burning out - frequently. The car was still under warranty when the sun glass holder broke; it was replaced, and only lasted one month before it broke again. Now I am experiencing the very annoying incidences of the car alarm going off for no reason. This happens almost daily, and sometimes multiple times in a day. When I brought my car in, the service team told me the rear door lock actuators need to be replaced. When I asked if the alarm system could simply be disconnected, I was told that was an impossible task. Being an engineer who knows something about strength of materials and computer programming, it would seem to me that issues with failing plastic parts and lack of ability to disconnect the alarm system are more likely design flaws or built-in obsolescence. The estimated bill to replace the actuators and sun glass holder came to $792.89. Perhaps some people would consider this to be chump change. I don't. You have a good service team. Unfortunately, the product they are maintaining has design flaws that ruin the experience. More
