The following morning Victor replied and answered my questions and extended the option to come in and take a look at the vehicle. I have a very busy schedule and did not have a chance to reply right away. Two days went by and Victor followed up with a courtesy email letting me know that he was there to assist when ready. I was in the middle of responding late this evening via email and received a phone call from Lenny. Lenny was just as friendly and helpful as Victor. I set an appointment for the following morning. I arrived at the dealer met both Victor and Lenny they were very professional and wanted to insure my needs were met. I took the car for a test drive and decided to negotiate a price that we both could agree on. I have very little patience with dealer experiences from the past but this one was a breath of fresh air. I explained what I was looking for within reason and the negotiation was brief and to the point reaching immediate closure of the deal. They detailed the car while I completed the paperwork. I drove roughly 100 miles to make this transaction and the total time from when I pulled in and then out was 2 1/2 hours. In the past I have waited for hours and in the long run ended up not making a deal and wasting countless hours at other dealers. This was the complete opposite. I would highly encourage anyone considering using this dealer for a purchase to move forward. I want to thank both Victor and Lenny for this streamlined purchase they were great to work with. Oh and by the way during the test drive I found out that Victor was actually on vacation when responding to my questions. That is what I call quality customer service. Glad to know we still have companies out there that actually care about the customer needs and the ability to execute. More
