We went to the dealer juts to browse and left with a killer new CX-9. Lenny was non intruisive but was still there to make sure if we had any questions. was good experience. For all 5 items required I gave a great evaluation. Just for the price I gave an evaluation 4 because I didn't have any discount for the price. I payed full price. I came in expecting to browse the lot and left with a new car. I was nervous to go shopping for my first car and a few dealers in the area did not help the situation by being aggressive in their sales tacti car. I had actually come on to the lot after already test driving a Mazda 3 that I really liked. I had planned to go back to that dealership to purchase the car. Eric was able to win me over by showing me every car on the lot that was in my price range. He was laid back and not rushing me to make a decision. I was able to find a car that was perfect for me without having the typical car dealer schmoozing or financial pressure. The car was in my price range and I got a decent price for my trade-in. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and made the process as easy as possible. I love my car and had a good experience purchasing it. More

My experience at Sport Mazda was very pleasant. I came in to service my old Mazda and decided to take a look around the lot at some newer models. My sales rep, Eric was very knowledgeable about the Mazda in to service my old Mazda and decided to take a look around the lot at some newer models. Best of all, Eric worked with me to get a deal that I could afford which made me walk away pleased with my decision to purchase a new vehicle. I went to Sport Mazda to test drive a car I had seen online. I had talked to the guy in charge of the Internet inquires, Ed, I think is his name. He had been very polite to me on the phone, but when I arrived there he didn't seem very interested in taking care of me...Or maybe he was busy at the time...? He told Linco to show me the car. Linco is an excellent sales person, very friendly and helpful. I didn't feel any pressure from him and that was awesome because I had been around already shopping for a car and I had dealt with so many pushy sales people! I ended buying another car for a good price. Dan gave me the price I wanted for my trade in and got a good interest rate for me. I was pre-approved for a loan, but decided to finance with one of the banks that work with Sport Mazda. Woody Rader, the finance manager, was awesome too. He is very customer service oriented, very polite and helpful. I have bought several other cars in the past, at other different places and I have to say that Woody has been the best finance person and Linco the best sales person I have dealt with! A few days after I bought the car Dan called me to let me know that he had gotten a second key for my car, so I went to pick it up. (Thanks Dan) I love my new car...Well...New to me anyhow :) Just two suggestions: Try to be more friendly when people walk in the premises...You never know who is the one who is going to walk out driving a new car...And make sure the cars have enough gas when a potential buyer is going to test drive one of them! Buying a car is always a stressful experience. I thank everyone at Sport Mazda who helped to make that experience easier to me. More
