Only friendly professionals work at Sport Mazda Everybody was helpful and corteous. I went in for a clutch repair and ended up in a new 2018 Mazda 3, the price was to good to pass up. Alex from sales was always there to accommodate my needs and worked with my schedule and availability. A very professional salesman. I've had bad experiences at other auto dealers, so I was a little defensive when it came to the finance team. But the finance team at Sport Mazda worked with me and ended up giving me a great rate. A pretty seamless experience and a good deal 3rd Mazda in a row. First time buying from Sport Mazda. Bought the first two at a competitor, which always seemed like a good choice, but this time around, my regular spot gave me a bit of a runaround. Decided to go to OBT (which is never fun) in hopes of getting a more reasonable deal. I did. Very nice dealership, lots of people involved in creating a positive experience, and it turned out being as quick as reasonably possible to conduct the transaction. Only complaint is that there was still a good dose of negotiating... I just wish there is more of a our first deal is always our best deal concept in car buying. Saves everybody time. That was not Ashley's fault - she was exceptional at every step of the way. Knowledgeable and patient. More

The Best Servvice Ever!!! I was politely greeted by Nick one afternoon he ask me what was wrong and took me in side , he began to write down what was wrong with my car. As me for my key at the time there was no loaner available but he did block one for me the next day once he found out my car will need to be in the shop a little longer. I also so had the pleasure to meet a service gentleman I do apologies I don't have his name, he was very polite as I was waiting in the lobby are as they were looking over my car the first visit. I have been to many dealership and this by far was the best one yet, even better than the place I first purchased the car from, not that they were bad but the service was much higher at this place than anywhere. I would highly recommend this dealership and it associates to anyone in the future, I am event considering my next car form them all because of the first visit of service. a huge shout out to the service Manager Mike and his TEAM!
