I am sure you have read my responses where I brag about the great communications that my service team provides our customers. It is humbling to read a review where that is not the case. I want to personally apologize to you for the failure of the Service Advisor team to make sure you were properly informed of the status of your car. 1-3 hours unfortunately turned into three days before you were contacted. I have contacted the Service Manager and advised him of this situation and suggested that we put some procedures in place to monitor communications and insure that it never happens again. I am grateful that Angelo made contact with you and took charge to insure that your car was well cared for and that you were kept informed until such time as you were able to retrieve your car. I am happy to know that you could overlook our previous actions and still write a very nice review. Thank you so much for being such a kind customer. We really do value your business.
