First time buying experience. As stated in the title, this was our first time buying a car directly from a Dealership. I found out about the dealer via Google. I proceeded to inves As stated in the title, this was our first time buying a car directly from a Dealership. I found out about the dealer via Google. I proceeded to investigate further online and see cars that I liked at very good prices. We decided to go out first time just to look at the facility and the cars. We were greeted by Todd William's and he helped us out tremendously. We did not buy a car the first time since we were saving more but always kept a close look on the site since the best prices are through the site. The second time around we went through Todd again and he was very nice and knowledgeable even though it was pouring we took a test drive of a 2016 Mazda 3 Sport and loved it. There was one thing the back right reflector was cracked and brought it up to Todd's attention, I said I would pay for it since it did not look appealing from the back. He told me to give him some time, he brought back quotes and seems like he was pestering his managers regarding to make the visual repair to us for no cost. At first he negotiated that we only had to pay for the part (29usd) and the dealer comped the labour since it was higher than the part itself (39usd) when finished a guy from service came and comped us the repair. Todd went above and beyond to help us out on that little detail. Todd left us to talk with Andy for our paperwork. Both were excellent in there help. This was our first and not last car purchase through them. Next time we are aiming for the Mazda CX5. More
