I can certainly see how that a 'mistake' like that would change your feelings. I apologize, it was not what you deserved as our customer. It is our policy to be as transparent as possible and that means that the advertised price should be what you get when you visit the dealership. Prices do change, usually monthly, when the incentives from Mazda are modified. When Mike confirmed it by phone, it should no longer have been questioned. I will be reaching out to managers to prevent any repetitions. I am grateful that both Mike and Andy made your visit more successful and enjoyable.
