After we couldnt find a car the first time around, he kept on the look out and kept trying to get me a deal; emailing me every so often when something good came along. I wanted a low mileage 2012 or newer Mazda 3. He was actually able to find me exactly what I was looking for! Miguel didnt pressure and he went above and beyond to see that I got what I was looking for. I certainly recommend him and Sport Mazda! The dealership itself is nice and low pressure with a nice selection of new and used cars. This is the first time I've gone car shopping in a long time, and Im glad I chose Sport. One thing I wasnt too happy with (but expected since it is a car dealership, after all), was Jason's (Santiago i think?) hard-sell at the end of my first visit. The whole thing seemed like a "get him back in here real quick and ill try and sell him on something". I also told them multiple times that credit was not an option, yet was pressures to apply for it more times than I appreciate. I understand that this is just part of the dealership game, but its still annoying. Miguel wasnt part of the credit pressure though - no harm no foul! Thanks folks!! :D More

Awesome Customer Service Today I went with my son to Sport Mazda to look for a used car to travel back & forth to college and for his pizza delivery job. As we walked around Today I went with my son to Sport Mazda to look for a used car to travel back & forth to college and for his pizza delivery job. As we walked around the lot, Earnest Evans from the dealership offered his assistance. He was gracious and so helpful as we determined which used Mazda3 we'd would purchase. Earnest took into consideration our needs and our budget. Once we found cars were were interested in, he provided us all the information we needed, such as the total price out the door and CarFax, to make the right decision for us but most importantly helped us get the price we were looking for. Once my son and I agreed on the right car, Earnest quickly prepared the paperwork and explained each document requiring my signature. As we were leaving, Earnest gave my son a gift - - -2 elegant Mazda key chains. We had a great experience and would recommend Sport Mazda to others. Thank you Earnest! More
