Great experience I had never really heard a lot about Mazda, but after asking around I wanted to test drive a Sport 3. Upon arriving I was greeted by Alex. He was so n I had never really heard a lot about Mazda, but after asking around I wanted to test drive a Sport 3. Upon arriving I was greeted by Alex. He was so nice and easy going. I did 2 test drives and decided in the Mazda 6. I loved the entire experience. Alex is great, as well as, Buddy and Cody. All around a great bunch of people. They took the time to walk me through the entire process and explain all features in great detail. I am so glad that I now am part of the Mazda family. More

Ernest Sold A Lemon We did our research and knew the car we wanted. We wanted a CX-5 with low mileage as we don't like the new model. Ernest was happy to help us look f We did our research and knew the car we wanted. We wanted a CX-5 with low mileage as we don't like the new model. Ernest was happy to help us look for a car. He told us he had the car for us with less than 10,000 miles. We loved the color and took it for a quick test drive. He turned up the radio and made sure we could hear the sound system. We decided to buy the car. It was during the "purchase" part that red flags went off all over the place. The car actually has "15,000" miles not less than 10,000 as he originally stated. Ernest was sorry for the mistake and said he must have hit the trip set instead of looking at the mileage. The car only comes with one key because the previous owner lost hers. He is sorry about that we well, but for an additional $500 we can have the lost key replaced. We should have said "NO" and walked away at this point. CLEARLY, ERNEST ISN'T TRUTHFUL . The car is "certified" and they have done a full inspection. A few hours later we left with the car. Not 100% the car Ernest sold us, but close enough to it. We drove home with the radio down and then we noticed the BIG ISSUE. There was a high pitched noise. The dealership closed for the day so we returned the next morning. Ernest couldn't be bothered to speak with us so he sent over another guy. This guy said he heard the noise, but he couldn't set us up for an appointment until the next day. He promised someone would call us first thing in the morning. No one called. We had to call and managed to set up an appointment. When we took the car in the next Saturday, after owning it for less than 7 days it was determined the ENTIRE TRANSMISSION needed to be replaced. I am not sure how much I trust a place that says a car is "certified" when the ENTIRE TRANSMISSION needs to be replaced. The bottom line is you can't trust the sales department at Sport Mazda and you really should STEER CLEAR of ERNEST. He doesn't have a truthful bone in his body! He made sure to hand us a card to review him as we left. If zero stars was an option I would have hit that, but one is the lowest you can go. Honesty is the best policy in this world and Ernest lacks any honesty. He is the classic "used car man". More

The CX-5 was making a high pitched noise and we wanted it fixed. I would have given more stars to this review, but the appointment was difficult to get. My husband was in and out quickly and it was determined the noise was from a faulty transmission. The car stayed for almost a week and they replaced the transmission without an issue. Stephen was friendly and courteous. Stephen kept us informed throughout the process and made sure to secure a rental vehicle. I would work with Stephen again. He almost made up for the HORRIBLE SALES experience with Ernest. Thank you and hats off for Stephen!!!!!!!!! More
