It is really a shame that when our Service Advisor and technicians do such a good job for a customer that it is spoiled, in the their eyes, by something so easy to do as washing a car correctly. Nothing is more annoying than to have your just purchased car, a "certified" vehicle no less, have a major transmission failure. It is not something we would wish on anyone. I am grateful that Stephen made sure you had a loaner car and had it cleared for a replacement transmission that day.
