Mike & Bud were phenomenal! I walked into Sport Mazda with a specific car in mind, and without looking any further, Mike had me sold on the vehicle. Being a 2008 Mazda owner, I w I walked into Sport Mazda with a specific car in mind, and without looking any further, Mike had me sold on the vehicle. Being a 2008 Mazda owner, I was certain I’d enjoy the vehicle, which was a 2016 Mazda3 hatchback. Our test drive went seamlessly and he even encouraged me to hit the gas so I could feel the power of the vehicle! Speed off the line is important to me, so I was excited to learn the newer Mazda’s continued this quality. I also had the chance to test out the upgraded sound system during our drive! Mike was extremely knowledgeable regarding the vehicle itself as well as what options were available to me in regards to financing. He ensured I received a great deal on my trade in, which was also a big reason for why I decided to go through with the purchase. This definitely made me feel like a valued customer! Mike executed the process as quickly and efficiently as possible and was very attentive, offering my mom and I drinks and snacks during our wait while finance looked everything over. This was definitely an added perk! Once we were through, I sat down with Bud in finance who, like Mike, was extremely friendly and thorough. He explained everything very well and related to myself, the buyer, on a personal level. He encouraged me to purchase the 100K mile warranty as well as the maintenance package, which I realized was definitely a good deal. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Sport Mazda and I will definitely recommend this dealership, as well as Mike, to friends and family!
