Joseph, Nick Radoslavov and his fellow Service Advisors are very good at diagnosing potential problems. It pays for our customers to make sure that they let them know all they can about any of their concerns when they arrive. They also check the status of all your important systems to provide you more information for planning future services. And, I know it was nice when he told you that the part (battery) was being replace under warranty. Your Service Advisors are a service customers best friends. I am very proud of all the service team, they are all specialists who make sure you receive the best customer service each and every time you visit. Ivan, Thank you for the review and the five stars. I am thankful that even though the speed did not meet your expectations, or ours either, you still thought enough of the service Willie and Andy provided to still give us a great rating. We have worked on increasing our speed to make the finance portion of the sale go faster, but sometimes we have delays that we cannot resolve ourselves. I have added more finance specialists to eliminate delays but we still must go through off-site finance agencies to get approvals. I am happy to believe that all the tasks we could do ourselves made your visit more enjoyable and successful. Thank you for choosing Sport Mazda and for being our patient customer.
