The best part was when I brought the car back to get serviced. Because I was in warranty Pedro made sure I didn't have to drive all the way to another dealership "because I was still under warranty with them" which would have been extremely inconvenient because it was 45 min away, he made sure sports Mazda took care of me and gave me a loaner that same day, and they personally drove my car to the other dealership to get it repaired, thank you Pedro! More
