Our Service Advisor, like your Ellie Diaz, do a fantastic job of getting all the information they can from you and then making sure that the service technicians are well briefed when they receive your car. I am so sorry that your first-time buying experience took so long, but have an idea that may also be the reason it did. Financial organizations sometimes take more time to provide us approvals for first-time buyers and the weather may have played a part. However, I am not trying to make an excuse because it should never take that long under normal circumstances. We will be discussing it to see if we can make sure it doesn't happen again.
