My expectation was to come in, test drive a vehicle we had asked about via email, and close on the deal.... Noel made it happen! Surprisingly Great Experience Mike Losardo was a pleasure to deal with as my salesman. I came in after having done my research on the CX5 I leased as to the vehicle itself and the Mike Losardo was a pleasure to deal with as my salesman. I came in after having done my research on the CX5 I leased as to the vehicle itself and the financing. There was no hard sell and the dealer's policy of not adding dealer fees or a bunch of other charges to the sticker price (undercarriage protection, paint protection, fairy dust to make the car lighter and more fuel efficient) that would have increased the price. Mike presented two vehicles which met my needs and I test drove both. Mike is knowledgeable, patient, friendly and made me want to continue working out the numbers to make a deal. I found out later that Andy was working behind the scenes to work the numbers to my satisfaction. They were very close to the ones that I expected before coming in to the dealership. I was lured into many other dealerships with special offers only to leave frustrated and feeling like there should be government oversight of these shady advertisements/business dealings. Once the deal was struck, Andy went through the financing explaining it to my satisfaction and why the numbers were not exactly as I had calculated, but they were within $20 to my numbers. I cannot more highly recommend Mike, Andy or this dealership. Thank you gentlemen for providing a great experience. More

All local dealers were within a few bucks of each other on pricing, so it was just a matter of who had the best inventory choice. Dealer fees or No Dealer fees made very little difference to the "out the door" price. I like the fact there was NO "visiting the wizard of oz" for a deal, Delvin was able to explain in detail the car's newest technology, the options, and didn't try to sell me accessories or upgrades I didn't want. It was a very smooth process and actually enjoyable. I was in the market for another car brand, but the design and look of the Mazda caught my eye and I'm very pleased with my purchase. More
