I cannot tell you how sorry I am to read that we could not do the recall work immediately on your RX8. I can conjecture that with so few of that model in the area, that parts may be slower arriving than for newer models. Still I know that is no comfort to you and I want you to know that we will do everything we can to rectify the situation and make sure your recall work can be accomplished as quick as the parts arrive.
